Fluent in Weird. I am absolutely EXHAUSTED. 12-hour night shifts. no breaks. crap sleep. hay fever kicking the sh*t out of me. π© but for some reason, despite all of that, i still dragged myself to the gym. not because i wanted to - but because i felt like i had to. and yeah, i managed to bash out a decent 90-minute session. got through everything. even set a new deadlift PR. πͺ but honestly? i didnβt feel any better for it. no satisfaction. no buzz. just more tired than when i started. π©...
